The diagnostic fee will be applied to the labor cost if you choose to repair the machine.
We will call you once we know what the cost will be.
Additional parts and/or labor are not included in the above prices.
When you bring in your machine please bring it in naked.
If it is an embroidery machine we would like to have the foot you embroider with.
Also, dont forget your embroidery arm.
Warranty Information: All factory warranties apply to the original owner. Damaged parts are subject to factory approval for warranty. All new machines purchased at Five Eighth Seams comes with a one year full in store warranty. Preowned machines come with 6 month full in store warranty.
Don't delay if your machine is needing service or repair! Regular maintenance will improve the life and longevity of your machine. When you require service, have a Certified Technician perform the necessary repairs. Remember, a consistent maintenance schedule will insure that your machine will run efficiently for years to come!
We are available to accept your machine for repairs or pickup, Monday through Thursday, 10 AM - 6 PM, and Friday- Saturday, 10 AM - 5 PM.
Machines not picked up in 90 days become property of Five Eighth Seams.
