Art Bag

Turn yourself into a Bag Lady or Bag Dude!!!
Learn to make a Project Bag for yourself to use for craft supplies or an art supply bag for a child. Pattern
to be used is the Amethyst Project Bag from Sew Sweetness.
The class will be held in two sessions.
Session one will involve choosing fabric, cutting out the bag pieces and interfacing, and hopefully
applying the various interfacing pieces.
In session two we will concentrate on making the bag.
The bag is fully lined and involves making 2 zippered pockets (one using mesh fabric), placement of
elastic to make pencil/marker holders, and a heavy duty 2 way zipper pull closing.
Fabric, zippers, interfacing, and parachute clips are to be purchased at 5/8 seams. Pattern will be furnished
to class.
Bags do take a lot of extra interfacing, batting and fabric. Interfacing and batting for the class will be 10% if enrolled. 
Bring your sewing machines, regular and zipper feet, rotary cutter, and wonder clips.
