Beginning Smocking
Learn the beautiful art of smocking in this beginner-friendly class. Over two hours, you'll master the basic smocking stitches and techniques that form the foundation of this traditional needlecraft. Whether you're new to sewing or just new to smocking, this class will guide you step by step. You'll receive a kit with everything you need, including a pleated insert, instruction booklet with detailed graphs, needles, and floss. By the end of the class, you'll have the skills to create your own smocked designs. The kit is $15 and included in the course fee.
