Sewing 101 - High School 9th-12th grade
This class is designed for grades 9th-12th. In this class we cover basic sewing skills, machine sewing, and garment construction. The class fee includes patterns, fabric, thread, all notions, and instruction. The price also includes a machine rental for the duration of the course.
You will need to provide your own scissors; time permitting, we will use a rotary cutter and we will provide ones to be used in class.
*If you are a repeat student, you may skip the zipper pouch and start with a garment pattern.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, we must have 48 hours notice for a full refund. After 48 hours, no refund will be performed. This deposit/cancellation policy is not designed to deter people from making class reservations at Five Eighth Seams. Rather, it enables us to be a better business in regards to filling our class capacity. Many times sewers are turned away after a class fills and if a cancellation occurs, it results in loss of revenue for our dedicated instructors who’ve made special arrangements to be at the store outside of their normal working hours.
