Class level: all levels; can offer class for adults and youth

In this class, students will learn to draft their own witch hat to fit any size or style. This is great for a simple Halloween costume, or for a fun seasonal accessory. 

Materials needed: Woven fabric with medium or heavy interfacing (to be determined first day of class, depending on size of your hat), paper for drawing pattern, pencil and marking supplies, ruler, measuring tape, scissors, thread, sewing machine, wire or wire hanger (optional for hat brim; will need tools to cut wire to size), headband or elastic for tiny witch hat (optional), and sewing supplies.
