Please purchase the pattern before class and have the pattern pieces cut out.
We will cut the fabric in class. Bring machine scissors, rotary cutter, thread, seam ripper, and general sewing supplies.
Lucy is one of our most popular patterns. It is a lined jumper or sundress that buttons on the shoulder. View A, as shown on front, is A-line with a ruffle at skirt bottom. View B is similar, but with more swing in the skirt. Patterns for pockets are included. Simple and having few pieces, Lucy makes a perfect background for showing-off a fabric or an embellishment technique. It is also an ideal garment for learning how to put in a lining.
